Flight of the Conchords” fans, take note: Several of the show’s featured players will appear on Comedy Central standup specials on Friday. Conchordmania begins with an old “Conchords” live show at 10 p.m. Eastern, and it’s followed by half-hour specials from Kristen Schaal (Mel), Eugene Mirman (the landlord on the show, a very funny comic otherwise; I saw him open for the Conchords and he was terrific), Arj Barker (pawnshop owner Dave) and, at midnight, Rhys Darby (Murray the manager). I was recently in Pasadena for TCA with Nesbitt in support of his next film, Occupation, which premieres this fall on BBC AMERICA. He is one of the good ones.
